Resident works as a collective of like-minded designers, producing objects for the home, edited by Simon James and Scott Bridgens in New Zealand. The common thread is a considered combination of thoughtful design, bold materiality and beautiful fabrication.
“Our furniture and lighting is for design-conscious people who are passionate about the way they live. The highest level of refinement is pursued in each object, while also holding the unique fingerprint of the designer.
We balance the desire for new ideas and progression with an appreciation for simple forms. The result is objects that can harmonise with a room or act as a deliberate contrast.”
