Roderick Fry is the creator of the Pi system - an ingenious system that makes it easy to design a variety of solid and stable design tables, by inserting - without screws or nuts - a solid wood tray into self-locking steel trestles.

Several factors are central to his thinking: reducing the carbon footprint by transporting furniture flat, creating solid and long-lasting objects by the very nature of the materials that constitute them, having the possibility of working with local artisans or from recycled materials, rediscover the natural beauty of solid wood.
